Sergio Bazzurri

Sergio Bazzurri is a PhD student in the Geographical Information Visualization and Analysis (GIVA) research group at the Department of Geography under the guidance of Prof. Dr Sara Irina Fabrikant. His research interests are in the visualization and communication of geographical information and the relationship between users and geographical visualizations. With the help of new technologies such as eye-tracking methods and virtual environments, he is aiming at better understanding users’ comprehension and trust in visualizations and the influence of emotions and individual attitudes in these processes.
