Esra Suel

Esra holds a PhD in Transport and Urban Systems from Imperial College London and has held research positions at Imperial College London and ETH Zurich. In 2022, she joined the Bartlett Centre for Advanced Spatial Analysis (CASA) at University College London, where she was appointed Associate Professor of City Modelling in 2024. Her most recent research is driven by questions related to transport and energy transitions to net-zero, urban change, and their links to socio-economic and health inequalities.
