Valentina Tamburello

I’m an astrophysicist who turned her telescope around to look at Earth from satellites. I currently work at the National Point of Contact for satellite images, providing scientific solutions and technical support to everyone in Switzerland (non commercial, governmental or private entities) interested in using satellite data.

My passion for Space brought me to a second position in the Research, Development and Operational team of the Innovation Hub for Space and Aviation at the University of Zurich, the UZH Space Hub.
